Bandwagon Jumping On

Just doing some WordPress upgrading action. Nothing new to see here … yet.

To do:

Apply creative commons licensing
~~Fix image borders and margins~~
Add twitter and flickr feeds to sidebar
Limit and randomize bibliography selections
~~Simplify post meta and add tags~~
Design archive and individual pages to match front
Film reviews?
Remove extraneous bits around the digressions
Make tags in tag cloud vary in size based on tag frequency
Draw a header image … or several
Move “my web” links to the top navigation area

I really like your layout. The only reason I stay @ LJ is because I can lock posts and I love icons. Maybe I’ll defect.

Icons strike me as something easy enough to implement, and I think you can set per-post permissions, but I don’t know enough about either. I set up Brian’s new WP in about an hour … 55 minutes of which was spent correcting a stupid mistake. So it’s pretty easy.
