Die Fehlendemusik

The Saga of the Damaged iTunes Library continues: using Unix trickery I was able to copy several thousand poorly named (UQCS?) mp3s from my iPod back to my computer. Downsides: no liner notes! No ratings! No playlists! My musical organization is in shambles.

I’m glad you’ve got some mp3s back, though I mourn for your loss of organization. I believe you and I share that iTunes anal retentiveness.
