Yes, that is the Queen

It’s been a week since I returned from my travels, so I’d better recap.

We started in London, where we saw Buckingham Palace (and the changing of the guard), the Tower of London, Westminster Cathedral, Parliament, Trafalgar Square and St Paul’s Cathedral; then took the train up to Edinburgh where we toured the eponymous Castle, and happened to catch Queen Elizabeth II as she was leaving church; after a brief tour of Wales and Ireland, took the chunnel to Paris to see the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, the Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. I think I’ll have to go back sometime to visit Stonehenge, among other things.
