Back in the saddle again.
Yesterday, I was about 500 pages short of finishing Ayn Rand’s Fountainhead, a book I have been dawdling through for fun this summer. But for class today we were to have read Roark’s speech at the trial. Knowing only that this excerpt was somewhere between where I was and the end of the novel, I figured, what the hell, I’ll just read until I get to that part.
Of course, it’s in the last 10 pages of the goddamn book. So I was up until four this morning, reading it.
Good read, though, if it kept my attention for almost 6 hours.
