Spectacular vernacular.

So, in case you hadn’t noticed, the Wild Ferret has arrived. We are already scouting articles for next week, so get hopping.

My roommates and I watched After the Sunset last night. This movie was lame. Its only redeeming quality was Salma Hayek cavorting around in (relatively) skimpy clothing throughout. I mean, really, if they wanted to cater to my age group, they should have upped the number of explosions, and Salma’s screentime. The remaining “humour” wasn’t funny, and the movie was just straaaange as a result.

I have been formally chided for having seen neither Ocean’s Eleven or its supernumerary sequel. Anyone that has copies of either or both of these films and calls themselves a true friend will promptly lend them to me.

Just finished Neal Stephenson’s Diamond Age. I may review it soon, although I don’t know if it fits in the “Required Reading” series (like Atlas Shrugged and Catcher in the Rye.)

I was almost going to talk about the weather, but how lame is that? Who does that? Who puts filler conversations in their journals?

Whoops.
