Oh snap.

The last post was my experiment with past perfect tense. Rather than say “Yesterday, I went to the store” as if I were narrating in real time, I would write as if I were narrating today’s events many years in the future. This allowed me to blur the line between fact and fiction, and consequently, the last post had some (minor) fictional elements. Thus, the title. In any case, I don’t think I will continue to write that way, it just seemed cool at the moment. I might try third person, but that would be totally pretentious.

In other news, I will be graduating in exactly 100 days. Less by the time you actually read this. I’m working on compiling a memoir of sorts, not because I’m (in)famous enough for anyone to care, but so I have an accurate history of the last eight years. I reckon that high school and college are the most influential phases of my life, and I’d like to remember accurately what happened.

So, if you remember any funny, momentous, or telling events that involved me (or didn’t) then let me know. I’ll release the memoir in some kind of serial form as graduation approaches.
